Wanted: Master Barber to Join the Team at Barbers Den & Shave Shop in Berea Ohio!

Are you tired of hustling alone and ready to build a loyal relationship of clients in a premium shop? We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused barber to join our busy team!

Pay Structure: Competitive 30% booth rental but that includes all your supplies except tools. Will drop to 25% after reaching your milestone.

Location: Centrally located in the Berea area with high foot traffic & near Baldwin Wallace college & Browns training facility.

Perks: Flexible scheduling if needed but would love someone full-time. Also short Saturdays 9am to 1pm only!

Who We're Looking For:

Valid Ohio Barber License (sorry no Cosmetology license).
Passion for classic cuts, hot towel shaves, and modern fades.
Strong work ethic, reliable, and brings a great vibe to the shop.
