We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled craftsman to join our team. We operate on one strict rule: Every decision is made based on what is best for the client. Period. Never what is easiest. Never what is most lucrative for us.

What we're looking for:

You are already skilled. We are looking for a veteran of the trades, not an apprentice. You should have deep, hands-on experience in residential repairs, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.

You are a perfectionist. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary. You take pride in your work and insist on using high-quality, long-lasting materials so the client never has to call us back for a failure.

You are autonomous. You don’t need to be micromanaged. You can look at a problem, devise the right solution, gather your materials, and execute flawlessly on your own.

You are ethical. You do the right thing when nobody is looking. You are honest with clients, transparent with your time, and operate with a high moral compass.

Pay structure:

We believe in sharing our success with the people who create it. You will be paid $35 per hour so you have financial peace of mind, plus a 15% profit-share structure. Your pay starts when you leave your driveway. Health insurance reimbursement up to $13,100 per year is available. Additionally, you will receive the maximum IRS mileage reimbursement for each given year for each mile driven to and from the job sites. Lastly, you will receive tool cost reimbursement.
