We're building an employee-owned electrical company in the Denver area and looking for One skilled Master Electrician to grow with us and earn a real ownership stake.

• $50–60/hr to start. Plus an ownership stake that grows as we do
• A path to ownership, build equity, not just a paycheck
• We find the work; you do the trade
• Work in the Denver area
• Bring existing clients? They earn you additional vested equity over time. Recognition tied to retention, not a one-time payout

Heads up: we're early. Best fit is someone with a small book, side work, or runway to bridge the ramp. We grow into full-time together.

You: active Colorado Master Electrician license (required, not in process), strong field skills, valid driver's license, clean driving record, no felonies in the past 5 years.
