Job Summary

TradeCorp is looking for a highly skilled and reliable Experienced / Master Mason to join our commercial construction team immediately for projects in Lake County, FL. If you are an expert in your trade, dedicated to precision craftsmanship, and ready to work on high-profile commercial sites, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay concrete blocks, bricks, structural clay tiles, and stone materials with extreme accuracy and speed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical plans to ensure exact project specifications are met.
• Prepare, mix, and apply mortar or cement mixtures to correct consistencies.
• Ensure all walls and structures are perfectly straight, level, and structurally sound using levels, plumb bobs, and laser alignments.
• Operate masonry tools, saws, mixers, and scaffolding safely and efficiently.
• Lead or mentor junior masons and apprentices on-site when required to maintain quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to OSHA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional masonry experience, with a heavy emphasis on commercial construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of laying CMU (Concrete Masonry Units), brick, and block matching. Strong blueprint reading skills are required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently, stand for long periods, and work comfortably in outdoor Florida weather conditions.
• Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to jobsites across Lake County and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Tools: Must possess your own reliable set of hand tools for the trade (trowels, jointers, levels, hammers, etc.).
