Master Mechanic Wanted

Busy, reputable shop looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team full-time! Must be capable of maintenance, brakes, diagnostics, and more. Must be capable of handling all common makes and models. Experience with hybrids/electric/european/diesel and/or ASE certification(s) is a bonus.

Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Complete repairs ranging from basic maintenance (brakes, fluids, tires) to engine and transmission work.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify potential safety issues and preventative maintenance needs.

Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate digital records of all work performed and parts used.

Communication: Clearly explain technical issues to Service Advisors (and occasionally customers) so they can make informed decisions.

Shop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.

What we need:

2+ years of experience preferred

Own tools & valid driver’s license
