We currently have an open position for Master Mechanical Lead Tech. We are looking for an experienced and results driven individual to help build and grow our HVAC Service department in an efficient and profitable manner, and in turn help us better serve our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in completing service calls as needed
Recruit, hire, train, and improve HVAC Field Technicians.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during a service/installation.
Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
Train, develop and hold your team accountable.
Ensure all work is performed to our standards and technicians always maintain a professional manner and appearance.
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to operations and workplace safety.
Maintain employee engagement and promote a positive company culture by living the values of our company.
Help technicians diagnose HVAC equipment failures over the phone or in person.
Able to help technicians over the phone or in person during after hours.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
Master Mechanical License required.
8+ years of experience in a HVAC role.
Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth within your team.
Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Ability to ensure policies and processes are being followed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Clean appearance
Timely and dependable
Will be subject to drug testing and/or background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission Based

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
