Description
LeMaster Plumber is hiring an experienced Virginia Master Plumber for residential service work throughout Northern Virginia.
We are a locally owned plumbing company looking for someone who takes pride in doing the work correctly, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to be treated like a professional.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. We want a skilled plumber who can diagnose problems, perform quality work, lead in the field, and help set the standard for our company.
Pay & Benefits
- $95,000 to $135,000 per year total earning potential

- Diagnose, repair, install, and service residential plumbing systems
- Work on water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drains, sewer lines, and related systems
- Perform gas line and gas appliance work
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Provide honest recommendations and transparent pricing
- Maintain clean work, clean documentation, and a professional appearance
- Help mentor journeymen and apprentices
- Serve as the company’s qualifying Master Plumber, with additional compensation
- Active Virginia Master Plumber license required
- Virginia Master Gas Fitter license preferred, or experience to obtain it
- Residential service and repair experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and serious about quality workmanship
