What You'll Be Responsible For

You won't just manage plumbing work.

You'll build an entire plumbing division.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all residential plumbing projects.

Launching and growing our residential service department.
Hiring and developing plumbers and apprentices.
Creating operating procedures and quality standards.
Scheduling crews and managing workflow.
Overseeing customer satisfaction.
Estimating plumbing work.
Assisting with job costing and profitability.
Working closely with ownership on long-term planning.
Growing the department into one of the best residential plumbing companies in Massachusetts.

Requirements
Massachusetts Master Plumber License (Required)
Extensive residential plumbing experience
