Pay:

$6000 signing bonus
$48/hr flat-rate pay with guaranteed base pay of 40 hr/week average during any calendar month for the first year (assuming 40-hrs/week on duty).
Note: Diagnostic time pays 30% over non-diagnostic time.
Depending on productivity, expected compensation of $100k+ per year.
