MBE/WBE & Section 3 Subcontractors Opportunities

PRIDE Industries is currently seeking qualified and certified subcontractors to bid on an upcoming construction project located at 812 Broadway & 2652 Kit Carson Unit A .

We are particularly interested in engaging certified MBE/WBE (Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise) subcontractors for various scopes of work.

Bid Due: July 21, 2026 @ 2pm. All pricing must be recived by July 20, 2026 by 12pm for verfication.

Scope of Work including by not limited to Drywall Spray Texture, Paint, Mechanical, Plumbing (hot water heater)final cleaning.

Drywall Contractor (C-9)

Painting & Decorating (C-33)
Plumbing Contractor (C-36)
Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation & AC (C-20)
Final Cleaning

Certification Requirements:

For Subcontractors who qualify for MBE/WBE. Please include copies of relevant certifications with your bid submission.

This contract is subject to Federal labor standards, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, The Davis-Bacon Act, Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise standards.

This is a Public Works project. Per California State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
