Window & Door Measure Technician / Service Technician – Buffalo, NY
$30-$35 Per Hour + Company Vehicle

Window World of Buffalo is seeking an experienced Window & Door Measure Technician / Service Technician to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, year-round position for someone with extensive experience in the window and door industry. We are looking for a professional who can work independently, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

• $30-$35 per hour based on experience
• Full-time, steady work year-round
• Company vehicle provided
• Company-paid gas and transportation expenses
• Paid holidays and PTO

Responsibilities:

• Measure windows and doors for new orders
• Service previously installed windows and doors
• Diagnose and resolve installation and product-related issues
• Complete minor installation projects as needed
• Bend aluminum trim using a metal brake when required
• Complete service documentation and communicate with office staff
• Travel throughout Western New York, including Rochester approximately one day per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of window and door installation, service, and measuring experience
• Strong knowledge of replacement windows and entry doors
• Ability to troubleshoot installation and product issues
• Experience using a metal brake
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
