Measure Technician and Field Supervisor - Immediate Opening

Large, fast-paced and growing remodeling company has an immediate opening for a measure technician and field supervisor to assist in project management for residential replacement window, vinyl siding and roofing jobs in Charlotte and surrounding market areas. Majority of work will be North of Charlotte proper

Job Description:

• Responsible for meeting with all customers to verify work scope and re-confirm final measurements
• Manage sub-contractor crews (including quality of workmanship, scheduling, etc...)
• Must have an extensive background in measuring and installing replacement windows, siding and roofing
• Provide exact order sizes for all window replacement projects
• Provide a detailed material takeoff for all siding and roofing projects
• Provide detailed notes to installers to ensure the job gets installed correctly and on time
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations and provide solutions.
• Job site inspections to ensure quality of install crews
• Assist in process of pulling permits

Job Responsibilities

• Qualification and Skill Requirements:
• Demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Reasonably tech savvy (mobile phone, text, email, etc...)
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Solid communication skills; clear and readable written documents, graphics and drawings
• Proven organizational skills; prioritize and organize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes
• Valid driver's license
