Complete Interior Package | Location: North Chesterfield, VA

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a dynamic role that keeps you moving? CIP is looking for a skilled Measure & Install Technician for a hybrid position that balances field work and hands-on craftsmanship.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Role Breakdown: measuring and installing

What You'll Do

• Precision Measuring: Travel to residential construction sites in a company vehicle to collect, record, and return accurate, legible field data.
• Expert Installation: Follow technical instructions to complete high-quality residential installations.
• Efficiency & Safety: Plan daily assignments to maximize productivity, maintain a clean and inventoried company vehicle, and prioritize safe work habits.
• Communication: Maintain clear, concise updates with office personnel regarding field conditions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in installation, residential construction, or a similar technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Smart phone and experience with apps/tablets.
