• Develops oversees and performs a scheduled preventive maintenance program on all equipment within the entire Hospital facilities to insure safety. reliability, and compliance with established requirements. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes preventative maintenance program for new equipment and modifies when equipment has been discontinued.
• Schedules all preventative maintenance.
• Oversees record keeping and reporting of the information pertaining to all equipment for entire preventative maintenance program.
• Performs the general maintenance mechanic functions and all related duties.
• Inspects areas of responsibility during performance of duties and identifies issues to the appropriate person. Signs and fills out work tickets completely and turns in daily

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: AA degree preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years of maintenance experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Full Maryland Driver's license and good driving record

  REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 5 years experience as a PM Mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or three years experience in a mechanical trade such as HVAC, pipe fitting, engineering, etc. Valid Maryland Driver's license. Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
