MECHANIC-HEAVY DUTY

Job description

Rialto based company in need of a Service Technician/Installer that works in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing various makes and model bucket trucks, diggers, cranes and other heavy equipment. 40+ hours a week. Some weekends and evenings.

DUTIES

Administrative: Basic

Organizational: Intermediate
-Works with the Service Department, Product Support Representatives, and Sales Department to meet all of the customer's needs

Interpersonal: Intermediate
-Communicates with other employees on the diagnosis and status of repairs, parts and other concerns

-Communicates with office/supervisors to order parts to complete tasks.

Technical: Intermediate
-Accurately troubleshoots and repairs units on various make and model bucket trucks, Diggers, Cranes and other heavy duty machinery.
-Reads, understands and applies electrical and hydraulic schematics to repair work
-Safely rigs or hooks components for lifting
-Removes, repairs, and installs major components in varying configurations of equipment
-Maintains tooling in good working order per ANSI
-Makes determinations on warranty repair and guidelines, communicating decisions to supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or GED and relevant accredited courses

Minimum Experience Required:
3 + years minimum experience servicing heavy equipment

Other Requirements:

Certificates, Licenses and

Class C Driver's License
