Industrial Mechanic

Full-time | $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Job Description

State Hi Lift has an immediate opening for an experienced Industrial Mechanic to repair and maintain forklifts, scissorlifts, freight lifts, and other hydraulic and electrical equipment used in construction, industrial, and dock operations, as well as our company truck fleet.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts, scissorlifts, and freight lifts
• Service hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and material handling equipment
• Maintain and repair dock equipment and company trucks
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records
• Follow safety protocols on all repairs

Requirements

• Experience repairing forklifts, scissor/freight lifts, or similar equipment
• Solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Must supply own tools
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL, welding, and fabrication skills a plus (not required)

Pay
$30–$35/hour, based on experience and skills
