MECHANIC Position

Job Title: Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic & Shop Personnel

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic / Shop Personnel to maintain our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment, transport machinery to job sites occasionally, and assist shop foreman with shop operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment (oil changes, brakes, trailer lights, etc.).
• Maintain equipment service schedules and complete daily to-do lists efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to all DOT regulations.
• Partner with the Shop Foreman to maintain organization and inventory across the yard and shop that is related to fleet and equipment.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional mechanic experience.
• Location: Must live locally (not a per diem position; per diem applies only when travel is required).
• Skills: Strong organizational ability; welding experience preferred.
• Tools: Company tools are provided for specialty repairs. You will bring your own basic tools
