We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Welder & Registered Tank Inspector to join our growing service team. If you are a skilled welder, fabricator, and tank professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring DOT compliance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our service department, you'll be responsible for:

✅ Performing VKIP inspections, tank testing, and DOT-compliant repairs

✅ Diagnosing and repairing structural, mechanical, and electrical issues on tankers and trailers

✅ Welding, fabricating, and restoring cargo tanks and specialized equipment

✅ Installing truck bodies, hook lifts, PTO systems, pumps, and tanker accessories

✅ Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

✅ Conducting pressure testing and post-repair inspections

✅ Maintaining accurate repair records and documentation

✅ Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 3 years of cargo tank repair experience
Registered/Certified Tank Inspector preferred
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Frequent bending, climbing, crawling, and standing
Comfortable working around mechanical equipment, fumes, and shop environments
Ability to work occasional weekends or flexible hours as needed
