We're looking for someone just like you.

We'll teach you the HVAC trade—from the basics of commercial HVAC repair to advanced troubleshooting, installation, boilers, cooling towers, and more. If you're comfortable using a multimeter, diagnosing problems, and working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia.

We manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including:
Office buildings
Medical offices
Schools
Community facilities
Commercial spaces

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be troubleshooting an RTU, the next repairing a cooling tower, servicing a boiler, or helping maintain one of our fleet vehicles.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in fixing things the right way.
What We Offer
$70,000–$80,000+ per year (based on experience)

What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience using hand tools and electrical meters
Reliable transportation to our main facility (Philadelphia, PA 19129)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work on ladders
Team player with a positive attitude
Someone who treats our buildings and equipment as if they were their own
