Memory Developer (in-house) | AI Robotics Training

At Sunday, we’re building personal robots designed to help with everyday household tasks. Our mission is to bring advanced robotics into real homes and make helpful automation broadly accessible.

As a Memory Developer, you’ll play a direct role in teaching our robots how to understand and interact with the physical world. Your work will help train the AI systems powering the next generation of consumer robotics.

This is a flexible, on-site, role for individuals who are excited to contribute to the future of robotics.

• No remote option for this position

Compensation

• $35/hour
• Contractor position
• 5-day workweek (8-hour shifts)
• Lunch/Dinner provided

What You’ll Do

• Record high-quality motion capture and demonstration data using provided hardware
• Perform and repeat common household tasks that help train robotic systems
• Test new tasks, hardware setups, and workflows before broader rollout
• Collaborate closely with our robotics and operations teams
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain strong consistency across recordings
• Help improve the quality and reliability of real-world robot behavior

Examples of tasks may include:

• Organizing household items
• Folding laundry or garments
• Picking up and manipulating objects
• Repetitive physical task demonstrations

• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

No robotics experience required.

This is not a software engineering or coding role.
