Metal Build Erector- Journeymen and Foreman Positions Available

Ready to travel, build, and earn? We are seeking experienced and motivated Metal Building Erectors to join our growing team. We encourage a career oriented person(s).

Upcoming project details: Lubbock, TX area 390,000 sq. ft. Expected time frame - 7 months. Starts in Sept.

Work Performed:

Specializing in large buildings that are 100,000 + sq. ft. Mainly data centers and some other large industrial buildings. Duration of the projects time frames are typically 4 months to 1 year.

Pay Scale:

Journeymen- $ 24 - $ 27 per hour
Crew Leaders- $ 28 - $ 30 per hour
Foreman- $ 31 - $ 35 per hour
General Foreman - $ 36 + an hour or Salary ( No one can immediately qualify as a General Foreman until they have proven themselves as a foreman for 1-2 projects.)

Requirements:

Experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings
Ability to work at heights
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to safely operate aerial equipment ( Boom lifts, Scissor Lifts )
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality work.

Job Tasks:

Install structural steel and metal building components
Set columns, rafters, girts, and purlins
Install wall and roof panels (Insulated Wall and Roof Panels)
Trim Packages
Follow safety procedures and project schedules
Work effectively as part of a crew
