Metal Roof Repair crew or individual

Established Northeast Florida roofing company is looking for an experienced metal-roof repair crew for ongoing subcontract work.

Work may include:

• Locating and repairing metal-roof leaks
• Replacing damaged panels and fasteners
• Repairing seams, flashing, valleys and penetrations
• Installing closures, sealants and pipe boots
• Repairing standing-seam, R-panel and 5V-crimp roofing
• Replacing damaged decking when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven metal-roof repair experience
• Own tools, ladders and reliable transportation
• Ability to document work with before-and-after photos
• Professional appearance and jobsite cleanup
• References and photos of previous projects
• General liability and workers’ compensation coverage preferred

Most projects are in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Palm Coast and surrounding Northeast Florida areas. Compensation is agreed upon before each job. Reliable crews may receive steady work.
