Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of metal roofing systems, flashing details, and trim installation.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably at heights.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
