Russo Modular is hiring experienced Metal Framers to join our growing commercial modular construction team. We manufacture high-quality modular buildings in a fast-paced production environment using precision steel framing systems and commercial construction standards.

What You’ll Do
Assemble and install light gauge metal framing for commercial modular buildings
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
Measure, cut, and fasten steel studs and track accurately
Work with production crews to maintain workflow and quality standards
Install wall panels, headers, backing, and structural components
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications
Experience with metal stud framing preferred
Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
Familiarity with commercial construction practices
Experience using hand and power tools safely
Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
