Metal Stud Framer/Framer De Metal

REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) — required for airport site access. You must provide a copy of your U.S. Passport, Naturalization Certificate, or Permanent Resident Card BEFORE you can start.
• Must have proven experience framing with HEAVY GAUGE METAL studs.
• Must have verifiable commercial framing experience — this is a skilled framer position, not a helper position.
• Must bring ALL of your own tools: drills, tool pouch, and standard framing hand tools.
• Must have your own OSHA PPE: hard hat, hi-vis safety vest, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive 30 minutes before start of work.

THE JOB

• Scope: interior general framing inside a terminal building — walls and partitions, metal stud layout and framing.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Some Saturdays.
• Location: Miami, FL (secure airport jobsite).
• Pay: competitive, based on experience. Paid weekly.
• Position type: W-2 employee of DavinWorks.

REQUISITOS (SIN EXCEPCIONES)

• Debe ser Ciudadano Estadounidense o Residente Permanente Legal (Green Card) — requerido para el acceso al aeropuerto. Debe entregar copia de su Pasaporte Americano, Certificado de Naturalización o Tarjeta de Residencia Permanente ANTES de poder comenzar.
• Debe tener experiencia comprobada haciendo framing con METAL DE CALIBRE PESADO (heavy gauge).
• Debe tener experiencia verificable en framing comercial — es una posición de framer con experiencia, no de ayudante.
• Debe traer TODAS sus herramientas: taladros, cinturón/pouch y herramientas manuales de framing.
• Debe tener su propio PPE de OSHA: casco, chaleco reflectivo, gafas de seguridad y botas con punta de acero.
• Debe tener transporte confiable y poder llegar 30 minutos antes del inicio del trabajo.

EL TRABAJO

• Alcance: framing interior dentro de un edificio de terminal — paredes y particiones, layout y framing de metal stud.
• Horario: lunes a viernes, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Algunos sábados.
• Ubicación: Miami, FL (sitio de aeropuerto con acceso controlado).
• Pago: competitivo, según experiencia. Pago semanal.
• Tipo de posición: empleado W-2 de DavinWorks.
