Journeyman Electricians Needed - Data Center Project - El Mirage, AZ

Workify Staffing is looking for experienced Electricians for a major Data Center Project in El Mirage, Arizona!

We're seeking skilled Electricians with 3+ years of commercial or industrial experience to support a critical data center project involving commissioning, energization, switchgear operations, and other mission-critical electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive wages while working on a high-profile project with consistent hours.

Compensation

• Up to $40/hour

Schedule

• 5 x 10-Hour Shifts

Per Diem

• No Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems.
• Execute First Time Energization (FTE), switching, AutoLOTO procedures, load bank connections/removals, and Level 3-5 commissioning support.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans.
• Lay out conduit, cable tray systems, and electrical devices according to project specifications.
• Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and all company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate work records, service documentation, and testing reports.
• Diagnose electrical issues and respond to service requests.
• Recommend system improvements and perform acceptance testing.
• Support and mentor apprentices.
• Coordinate with Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program required.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and electrical process controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, one-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with conduit bending, cable tray layout, device trim, and load bank operations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18+ years old with a GED or higher.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
