Mid-Level Carpenter/Framer

We are looking to immediately hire a hard working, competent, individual to build with. Currently booked through winter. Projects are located between Sonoma county and San Francisco. New residential, remodels, additions and structural retrofits. We aim to be fast and precise, but never compromise one for the other. PTO and sick pay after 90 days.

Job duties;

Frame and sheet, from foundation to peak.
Install exterior trim and siding.
Install exterior opening elements.

Applicants must have;

Minimum 3-5 Years experience(current and continuous) in custom/production framing environment.
Basic hand tools(you should know what goes in your bags).
Firm knowledge of best practices when building from ground up.
Basic understanding of reading blueprints (This is a requirement).
Be task oriented team player.
Ability to effectively communicate with management.
Willingness to get the job done.
Reliable transportation.
$35/HR to start

Basic and specialty power and pneumatic tools will be provided if needed.
