About Us
We're a growing electrical contractor serving residential and commercial clients throughout the North Bay. We're looking for a Mid-Level Apprentice who’s built a solid foundation in the trade and is ready to take on more responsibility while continuing toward journeyman certification.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks with reduced supervision
- Independently run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, fixtures, and devices per code
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications with minimal guidance
- Help troubleshoot routine electrical issues under the guidance of a journeyman or foreman
- Maintain accurate logs of apprenticeship hours and complete required coursework
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and jobsite procedures
- Currently enrolled in a California-approved electrical apprenticeship program with 2-4 years of program hours completed
- Solid working knowledge of the NEC and California electrical code
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and basic electrical testing equipment
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor in various conditions
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
