Mig Welder - MASSIVE OVERTIME AVAILABLE - NIGHT SHIFT

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders/Fabricators with a minimum of 5 years of fabrication and welding experience to join a growing team in a shop environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential for the right candidates.

Consistent overtime available every week

Night Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Work on large-scale, high-profile projects
Stable shop environment
Opportunity to earn substantial weekly pay through overtime
Temp-to-Hire with advancement opportunities
Pay Range - $21-$25/hr

Responsibilities

Fabricate gates, posts, brackets, and custom metal components
Perform MIG welding on carbon steel materials
Execute uphill welding and structural fabrication tasks
Install fencing and gates as required
Perform general structural and mechanical maintenance
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
Operate shop equipment including:
Press Brake
Plasma Cutter
Guillotine Shear
Lathe
Mill
Drill Press
Band Saw
MIG & Stick Welders
Various Power Tools

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of fabrication and MIG welding experience
Experience with carbon steel and solid core wire processes
Strong fabrication and fitting skills
Experience performing uphill welds
Ability to safely operate fabrication and welding equipment
Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
