Milling Cleaning Crew

Royalty Milling & Asphalt is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Milling Cleaning Crew.
Position Details:

✅ Construction, Milling or asphalt experience is a plus, but not required

Work is based in Central Florida.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working on asphalt milling or paving crews

Construction or roadwork experience
Ability to use hand tools, shovels, brooms, and backpack blowers
Experience working around milling machines, skid steers, rollers, or other heavy equipment
Ability to follow directions and work safely in an active construction zone
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred
