Millwork Fabricator and Assembler

Compensation

Starting wage $25-$30/hr. DOE
Advances and pay increases are merit based.
Opportunities for advancement.
401K and paid holidays after 6 months, PTO after 90 days.

Job Description

• Assemble door and window frames with casings.
• Per product schedules, cut/ rip all parts, assemble frames, other parts as needed.

Job Requirements

• Ability to select/reject materials based on suitability for pre-finish.
• Ability to operate equipment such as chop saws, table saws, planers/jointers, drills, and sanders.
• Ability to use pneumatic nail/staple guns.
• Ability to perform glue and clamp operations.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Reliable, with consistent attendance and the ability to perform assigned duties.
• Ability to work well with others and consistently follow direction of supervisors.
• Experience in construction or wood industry manufacturing a plus.
