Millwork specialist

We’re looking for an experienced millwork specialist to join our custom shutter manufacturing shop. This position requires precision, quality craftsmanship, and pride in the product you build.

You will:

Accurately measure, precisely cut, shape and mill materials according to CAD drawings and/or work orders.
Problem-solve and develop practical solutions for custom designs and unique assembly requirements.
Prepare materials for assembly and finishing.
Assemble and finish custom shutters as required in order to meet production lead times.
Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, and finish.
Safely operate and maintain woodworking tools and equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry.
Proficiency with table saws, shapers, planers, sanders, routers, and other woodworking equipment.
Ability to read CAD drawings, interpret measurements, and work with precision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Reliable, productive, and able to work independently.
You take pride and ownership in your work and the products you build.
You can maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow shop safety procedures.
