MMP Guns in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong inventory and organizational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is accurate, efficient, comfortable working with firearms, and committed to maintaining organized inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory
• Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders
• Enter firearms, accessories, ammunition, and other merchandise accurately into the inventory system
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and product records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies
• Organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor
• Track special orders, transfers, and customer purchases
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order preparation
• Handle firearms safely and responsibly at all times
• Follow company procedures and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist customers and perform general store duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, receiving, or retail experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, professional, and able to follow established procedures
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed, 50lbs
• Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms
• Knowledge of firearms, accessories, and ammunition is preferred
• Previous firearms retail or regulated-inventory experience is a plus

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
