Firearms Associate / Light Gunsmith

MMP Guns in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with light gunsmithing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in precise work, understands firearm safety, and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

• Perform light gunsmithing, primarily assembly and disassembly of firearms and accessory installation
• Inspect firearms carefully for proper function, condition, and QC workmanship
• Assist customers with firearm, accessory, and service-related questions
• Accurately document completed work and customer requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Handle firearms safely and responsibly at all times
• Follow all company procedures and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with general store duties as needed

Qualifications

• Basic firearm knowledge and light gunsmithing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms
• Prior firearms retail or gunsmithing experience is preferred

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
