MN Master Plumber of Record

I am currently looking for a plumber with a valid MN master plumbing license to be my master of record. You would sign for Permits and other paperwork as needed and that’s it. I am looking for someone to do this for 4-5 months. The pay is $3750 a month and you will not need to do any plumbing or show up to the office except to sign paperwork once or twice a week.
