Mobile Boat Detailer – Full-Time 40hours per week Mon - Fri

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, detail‑driven Mobile Boat Detailer to join a team that has been detailing boats for over 20 years. If you love transforming boats—or cars—into their best, cleanest, glossiest finish possible, you’ll fit right in. This is a full‑time, year‑round role serving mainly Broward County's boating community.

🔧 What We’re Looking For
Boat detailing experience — Minimum 6 months washing and/or detailing boats (compound, polish, wax etc).
OR car detailing experience — Minimum 1-year professional automotive detailing.
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions.
Reliable car or truck to travel to client locations.
Organized and on time.
Professional, friendly attitude with clients and teammates.

💰 Pay & Schedule
$20–$26 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Discussed at interview.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Paid weekly using Zelle.
Pro-rata paid holiday days.

🚤 What You’ll Do
Wash, compound, polish, wax and ceramic boats of all sizes.
Maintain a clean, organized mobile setup.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality results that make boats shine.
