Mobile Boat Polisher/Detailer – Paid wkly 40 hours per week Mon - Fri

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, detail‑driven Mobile Boat Detailer to join a team that has been detailing boats for over 20 years. If you love transforming boats—or cars—into their best, cleanest, glossiest finish possible, you’ll fit right in. This is a full‑time, year‑round role serving the boating community in Broward and some areas of Miami Dade.

To apply you must be legal to work in the USA, be able to communicate in English, have a reliable car or truck to travel between jobs and a valid, clean driving license.

🔧 What We’re Looking For
Boat detailers — Min. 6+ months wash downs and/or detailing boats (compound, polish, wax, ceramic etc).
OR
Car detailers — Min. 1-year professional car or RV washing plus detailing using a Rotary and/or Orbital polishers.

Strong work ethic

Organized and on time.
Professional, friendly attitude with clients and teammates.

💰 Pay & Schedule
Starting between $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Discussed at interview.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Hours at weekends available after complete probation period.
Paid weekly using Zelle.
Pro-rata annual paid holiday days.

🚤 What You’ll Do
Wash, teak clean, polish stainless, compound, polish, wax and ceramic boats of all sizes.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality results that make boats shine.
