We are an expanding mobile fleet service company seeking a reliable, self-motivated Full-Time Mobile Diesel Technician to service our commercial clients directly on-site and roadside.
If you are a skilled mechanic who loves diagnostic and component repair work but is tired of the physical burnout of full engine swaps and transmission drops, this is the perfect role for you. Our scope focuses on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and targeted component replacements. You will operate independently with excellent work-life balance and high-end equipment.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday only. Keep your weekends for yourself!
- Take-Home Vehicle: We provide a company service truck that you take home at night. No commuting in your personal vehicle or wasting your own gas.
- On-Site & Roadside Fleet Service: Split time between performing scheduled fleet maintenance at client yards and responding to emergency roadside calls.
- Common Roadside Tasks: Quickly diagnose and repair common breakdown issues on the go, including blown air lines, frozen brake chambers, wheel seals, electrical faults, and jump-starts.
- Advanced Component Repair: Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and replacement of turbos, cooling system ,air system ,injectors, and fuel system components.
- Safety-First Freeway Protocols: Respond to occasional freeway service calls. We prioritize technician safety above all else with high-visibility gear, advanced truck strobe setups, and strict roadside safety protocols (dangerous setups get towed to a safe lot).
- Diagnostic Mastery: Utilize advanced scanners to pull fault codes, read live data, and troubleshoot electrical/sensor issues on the spot.
- DOT Compliance: Conduct safety inspections to keep client fleets fully compliant.
- No complete engine swaps or replacements.
- No transmission swaps or heavy structural chassis splits.
- No internal block machining.
- Experience: 4+ years of verifiable experience in diesel truck or fleet maintenance.
- Tools: Must possess your own professional hand tools and impact wrenches suitable for mid-to-heavy roadside component repairs (specialty equipment and scanners provided).
- License: Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record to qualify for our company truck insurance.
- Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and replace turbos/injectors, and a strong understanding of truck electrical and air brake systems.
- Pay Rate: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour (Starting wage depends on experience and diagnostic capability).
