Mobile Dog Groomer - Established Company Launching New Service

Established Oʻahu pet-care company is expanding into mobile grooming and looking for an experienced, talented groomer to help launch and operate a beautifully designed, fully equipped grooming van.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has professional dog-grooming experience
• Produces consistently excellent, polished work
• Is calm, patient and genuinely kind with dogs
• Communicates warmly and professionally with clients
• Is dependable, organized and comfortable working independently
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Wants to help build something exceptional from the beginning

We provide:

• A fully equipped mobile grooming van
• All fuel, maintenance and operating expenses
• An established client base
• Scheduling and administrative support
• Marketing and client acquisition
• Healthcare benefits for eligible employees
• 100% of client tips

Compensation starts at 45% commission, with the potential to increase to 50% following a successful introductory period, plus 100% of tips.

This is an opportunity for the right person to take ownership of the grooming side of a respected, 25-year-old local pet-care company—without the expense or risk of purchasing a van and starting a business alone.

Full-time availability is preferred, although we are open to discussing a consistent part-time schedule with an exceptional candidate.
