Mobile home rehabber/handyman wanted

Pheasant Run Mobile Home Park is looking for a person to rehab mobile homes and/or work on grounds.
Pheasant Run does not rent homes or provide services. Only lot rentals and rehab opportunities are offered
Homes are available at no cost for experienced rehabbers who are willing to complete the required repairs.
*Home is free.
*Exterior repairs are required and must meet park standards.
*Interior repairs may be needed.
*Rehabber must have experience completing full home rehabs.
*Rehabber is responsible for all repairs.
*3 months free lot rent during rehab.
*Home may be sold by the rehabber after completion.
*Any future buyer must complete park approval.
Once all required work is completed and approved, the title will be issued to the rehabber.
