NOW HIRING – MOBILE LOCKSMITH TECHNICIANS (Des Moines Area)

This is a real opportunity to learn an amazing trade with great money.

This is a 1099 independent contractors

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people to join our mobile locksmith team.

Schedule

Availability between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM

Minimum 5–6 days per week
This is not a typical 9–5 job. Flexibility and reliability are required.

Pay Structure

No experience?

Start at 20% commission

Unpaid hands-on training
We provide the work vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Experienced locksmiths

25% commission to start if you can complete standard locksmith jobs independently.
30% commission if you can also perform automotive key programming and originate car keys.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Professional attitude and good customer service.
Able to work independently after training.
Comfortable using smartphones and navigation apps.
Must be reliable and available during scheduled hours.
