Mobile mechanic for hire

I have been a mobile mechanic for over 20 years. Very loyal customers, referrals every day. Commercial parts account, good relations with suppliers.
I cannot handle the work load. People are waiting 2 weeks. I need to hire a person willing to travel to vehicles on site.
Fuel pumps, suspension, emissions, diagnosis, etc.
From Apache junction to surprise.
Pay is per job, workable with what jobs you are comfortable with and part of town.
I've done as much as I can do, I'm behind with a back log, hoping to get a good thing going better.

Requirements:

Tools, jack, scan tool, impact etc
Reliable, we show up when we say
Honest, we do NOT sell what is not needed, if you mess up, OWN it. Lying about it will be your last job with me.
Some repair experience
Good attitude
I am super easy to get along with, looking for good, honest help.
