Mobile Vehicle Technology Installer – GPS / Dash Cams / Telematics

An established nationwide field service company is looking for experienced mobile vehicle installers to support ongoing GPS, dash camera, telematics, and fleet technology projects.

This is mobile field work performed at customer locations. Installers may work on vans, trucks, trailers, buses, commercial vehicles, and powered equipment.

We are looking for dependable technicians with hands-on 12V automotive experience who take pride in clean, professional work. You should be comfortable using a multimeter, identifying power and ignition sources, making secure electrical connections, routing and securing wiring, and documenting completed work with clear photos and notes.

Relevant experience may include:

GPS and telematics installation

Dash camera installation
Car audio
Remote start and alarm systems
Fleet vehicle electronics
Emergency vehicle or commercial upfitting
Low-voltage automotive wiring
Mobile electronics installation

Basic Requirements:

Hands-on 12V automotive wiring experience

Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Basic installation tools
Smartphone with reliable data service
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and documentation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to follow detailed installation instructions

Travel availability is a plus but is not required. Local, regional, and nationwide project opportunities may be available depending on your experience, location, and availability.
