Mobile Window Tinter Installer Trainee / Installer Needed

Shade Vault is looking for a motivated installer or beginner interested in learning automotive window tint & automotive restyling in a REAL hands-on environment.

This is NOT a dealership job and NOT a corporate shop environment. We are a growing private studio focused on high-end quality installs, customer experience, and building a strong reputation in the Austin / Round Rock area.

We are currently looking for:

✔ Someone with little OR some experience

✔ Someone reliable & coachable

✔ Someone interested in mobile installs + studio work

✔ Someone who takes pride in clean work

✔ Someone hungry to grow and make money

You do NOT need to be a master installer already. Training is available for the right person.

This position is for independent contract work (1099/W9 — NOT W2 employment)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Automotive window tint installation
• Assisting with mobile installs
• Vehicle prep & cleaning
• Learning heat shrinking & installation techniques
• Helping maintain clean work areas
• Customer communication & professionalism
• Potential future involvement with wraps / PPF / coatings
