Job Title: Mold Remediation & Construction Technician

Location: Kings Beach, CA

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation:$25.00 - $ 27.00 hr.

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team! If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you. While prior experience in Mold Remediation and Construction is a major plus, we are fully willing to train the right person if you possess a basic knowledge of construction procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mold remediation and general construction tasks as directed.

Comfortably work in confined areas, including small crawlspaces.

Safely wear and operate a respirator and other required PPE.

Handle physical demands, including kneeling, standing for up to 8 hours a day, and lifting heavy equipment.

Requirements

Experience: Basic knowledge of construction procedures is required (prior remediation experience preferred but not mandatory).

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift equipment, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in small crawlspaces daily.

Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for daily commuting to job sites.

Communication: Must have a working, reliable cell phone.

Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and a team-first mindset.
