Full-Time | Hands-On Field Position | 24/7 Emergency Response

Restoreez is looking for an experienced Mold Remediation Specialist / Emergency Response Supervisor who can inspect, estimate, lead, and work alongside our crews in the field.

This is not a desk-only supervisor position. We need someone with real remediation experience who is comfortable owning a project from the initial inspection and scope through remediation and preparation for final PRV/clearance.

What You’ll Do

Perform and supervise mold remediation and water mitigation projects.
Inspect projects, develop scopes of work, and assist with remediation estimates.
Work hands-on alongside remediation crews when needed.
Set up and verify containment, negative air, HEPA filtration, dehumidification, air movement, and other remediation controls.
Ensure proper chemicals, equipment, PPE, and materials are available for each project.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable IICRC standards, project protocols, and company procedures.
Supervise crews and maintain proper jobsite documentation and photos.
Coordinate with mold assessors and other project professionals to prepare remediation projects for Post-Remediation Verification (PRV).
Help manage emergency-response projects from initial customer contact and authorization through crew/equipment mobilization.

This Is a 24/7 Emergency Response Company

Restoration does not always happen Monday through Friday from 8–5.
Although this is a full-time position with a regular work schedule, occasional nights, weekends, and after-hours emergency response will be required as the work arises.

When an emergency call comes in, you may be expected to coordinate with management and the field team to respond, evaluate the situation, obtain appropriate authorization, establish the initial scope, and mobilize the necessary crew and equipment.
Cross-Training & Steady Work

Restoreez is a multifaceted restoration and construction company. In addition to remediation and water mitigation, we perform insulation-related work associated with TECO, Duke Energy, and Florida Power & Light programs, as well as construction services.
When remediation work is slower, you will be expected to cross-train and assist with other areas of the company. This helps us keep our employees productive and provide a full 40-hour workweek whenever workload permits.

Cross-trained duties may include:

Attic inspections
Checking insulation levels and accessible ductwork conditions
Insulation removal and installation
Loading and operating insulation equipment/hoppers
Leading or assisting insulation crews
Driving company vehicles, including 26-foot box trucks, when properly licensed and qualified
Assisting with other restoration and construction-related field operations

What We’re Looking For

Strongly Preferred:
IICRC certification, particularly applicable water restoration and/or microbial remediation certifications
Florida Licensed Mold Remediator (MR)
Florida Licensed Mold Assessor (MA) — candidates holding both MR and MA licenses are highly desirable
Experience estimating mold remediation and water mitigation projects
Experience supervising remediation crews
Strong understanding of containment, negative pressure, HEPA filtration, structural drying, antimicrobial applications, and remediation procedures
Valid driver’s license of at least 9 years with an acceptable driving record
Ability to safely operate company vehicles
Ability to work in attics, confined spaces, hot environments, and active remediation/construction sites
Ability to lift and move remediation equipment and materials
Willingness to participate in occasional nights, weekends, and emergency-response work

The Person We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a remediation project.
You should be able to walk into a property, understand the situation, help determine what needs to be done, communicate with the customer and team, establish the job correctly, lead the crew, and make sure the work is properly documented and completed.
If you’re looking strictly for a supervisory position where you watch others work, this is not that position.
