AK Motors is looking for an experienced motorcycle mechanic to join our team in El Cajon.

We are one of San Diego County’s largest used motorcycle dealerships, specializing in sport bikes and Japanese brands like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki, along with BMW, Triumph, cruisers, adventure bikes, dual sports, and more.

We need someone who can handle real shop work, including:

Diagnostics

Oil changes and basic maintenance
Tires, chains, sprockets, and brakes
Fork seals
Electrical troubleshooting
Engine work and repairs
Crash repair and insurance jobs
Pre-sale inspections and reconditioning

We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, organized, and takes pride in doing the job right. This is a busy motorcycle dealership with steady work, so we need someone who can move efficiently while still doing clean, professional repairs.

Requirements:

Motorcycle repair experience required

Own tools preferred
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be comfortable working on Japanese sport bikes
Dealership or independent shop experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license with M1
