Mover - Crew Lead

I am looking to hire a couple movers. I am the owner of the company, as well as on all the relocations/moves currently. Moving is hard work, but there are tricks to every trade if you've worked for a moving company before you know.

• 1099-contractor (no tax taken out)
• $18/hr for starters (big tip industry)
• Experience AT another MOVING COMPANY is a huge plus, and for wage.

I'm interested in guys who don't mind hard work, teamwork, great communication, customer service, and tips.

The moving industry is an extremely high turnover industry. It's not for everyone. I'm a small outfit, currently. The guy(s) who show up 5-15 mins early every time, naturally customer service oriented are the ones who will standout and get most of the hours, along with all the long-distance moves etc.

Being a rookie, with no experience is not a horrible thing. Ask lots of questions, and treat customers stuff like your own—always.
