Moving/ Contents Crew – Inventory / Packing / Moving

About the Role:

We are a reputable, San Diego-based contents company seeking a reliable and experienced people to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in the contents restoration or moving industry. If you take pride in your work and know how to lead a job site by example, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take highly accurate inventories of personal and commercial contents.
• Inspect items meticulously for contamination or damage.
• Carefully pack, handle, and perform hands-on moving services.
• Assist in the scheduling and daily coordination of crews.
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely and strictly within deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when working in clients' homes.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Proven ability to lead by example and manage a crew.
• Equipment: Forklift training and experience is a plus
• Industry Software: Knowledge of ContentsTrack, DASH, and TSheets is highly preferred.
• Communication: Comfortable and professional when communicating with homeowners, policyholders, and insurance adjusters.
• Logistics & Screening: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to successfully pass a background check.
