Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the main field manager for Crew 1, directly participating in and overseeing tasks such as mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, bed maintenance, aeration, irrigation, and other required services.
-Provide daily on-site coaching to crew leads and laborers, actively stepping in to resolve field issues, finish jobs, or cover for absent team members.
-Perform property walk-throughs to inspect quality and ensure compliance with Wolbert’s service excellence standards.
-Lead or take part in daily morning huddles, and assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new crew members.

Position Requirements
-2–4 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance, with a proven track record of field leadership.
-Demonstrated ability to manage field crewscrew efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
-Solid knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, equipment operations, and safety protocols.
-Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with customers and staff.
-Possession of a valid driver’s license, individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US, the ability to safely tow and park a trailer, willingness to work in diverse weather conditions, and capability to travel locally.
